This Privacy Policy explains how Song Inspired Art ("the Game", "we", "us") handles information when you use our web-based or mobile applications. Song Inspired Art is operated by Art Rocks Gallery.

What We Collect

Nothing directly. Song Inspired Art does not require an account, does not ask for any personal information, and does not transmit any data about you to our servers. We do not operate our own analytics or tracking systems. This app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect information about your device and ad interactions. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/technologies/ads

What's Stored On Your Device

The Game uses your device's local storage to remember your gameplay progress. This information stays on your device and is never transmitted to us. It includes:

• Which puzzles you have played and your results (won/lost, hints used)

• Your overall statistics (games played, current streak, win rate)

• Guesses made on in-progress puzzles, so you can resume where you left off

You can clear this information at any time:

• Web version: clear your browser's site data for game.artrocks.gallery

• Mobile app: uninstall the app from your device, or clear app data through your device's Settings

Third-Party Services

The Game integrates with several third-party services that have their own data practices:

Spotify. When you use the audio hint, the Game uses Spotify's Web Playback SDK to play song audio. You may be prompted to log in to Spotify. Authentication happens directly between you and Spotify — we never see, store, or transmit your Spotify credentials. Your use of Spotify through the Game is governed by Spotify's Privacy Policy.

YouTube. When you complete a puzzle, the Game embeds a YouTube video of the song. YouTube may collect viewing data per Google's Privacy Policy.

Content delivery and hosting. The web version of the Game is hosted on GitHub Pages, and the Game loads programming libraries from publicly available content delivery networks. These services may automatically log standard request information (such as IP address and timestamp) for operational and security purposes. This data is handled by those providers, not by us.

We have no control over the data practices of these third parties. We recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies if you have concerns.

Children's Privacy

Song Inspired Art is suitable for general audiences. The Game does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because the Game stores no user identity and transmits no data to us, parents and guardians can let children play without privacy concerns arising from us directly.

However, the Spotify and YouTube integrations are subject to those services' own age and data policies. Parents should review those services' terms before allowing children to use them.

Your Rights

Because we collect no information about you, there is nothing on our end for us to access, export, modify, or delete. To remove all gameplay data, follow the steps under "What's Stored On Your Device" above.

If you have authenticated with Spotify through the Game, you can revoke that permission at any time through your Spotify account settings.

International Users

The Game may be used from anywhere in the world. Because we do not collect personal data, there is no international data transfer on our part to disclose. If you use third-party services through the Game (such as Spotify or YouTube), those services may transfer data internationally according to their own policies.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top will reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be noted prominently within the Game.
